This is one of the steps needed for our upcoming stock-emission, aimed at attracting further funding for the development of our technology.

With MIND|CONSTRUCT incorporated as an official company, we will also be able to attract external funding, in addition to the in-house funding that the founder, Hans Peter Willems, has made available so far.

To develop our AGI-technology further will take several years, and will therefore require a serious amount of additional funding/investment.

Official setup and registration of the company was handled by Princenhof Notarissen, one of our current partners, who will also handle our upcoming stock-emission.
